Ping Pong Polka (a.k.a. I Keep My Promises) is the eleventh overall episode of The Big Comfy Couch. In this episode, Loonette is very energetic after doing a nice clock rug stretch, but, unfortunately, she's too energetic to read Molly a story. Loonette accidentally drops ping pong balls in Granny's yard and has to pick them up.

Molly is sad.
Story[]
But, first, Loonette has to find her reading glasses and turn on the lamp. The story is called "Not Today".
Far away and long ago, I think it was yesterday. There was little kangaroo Joey. Joey lived in his mother's pouch. A handy cuddly pocket just perfect for a little kangaroo.
There we're koala bears and kookaburra birds.

- This is the first time the clock stretch cuckoo version is used, in which Loonette does different stretches. She will do it later in Juggling the Jitters, Wrong Side of the Couch and I Feel Good.
- Loonette does a Tarzan yell after she says she is full of energy.
